Pinioanele cu role se folosesc impreuna cu seturi de cremaliere si roti de angrenare tip RPS. Rolele sunt montate pe rulmenti pentru a se obtine o frecare foarte mică si durate de viata indelungate. Suprafetele sunt nichelate pentrua conferi corpului o oarecare rezistenta la coroziune.

Pinioanele cu role se folosesc impreuna cu seturi de cremaliere si roti de angrenare tip RPS. Rolele sunt montate pe rulmenti pentru a se obtine o frecare foarte redusa si durate de viata indelungate. Suprafetele sunt nichelate pentrua conferi corpului o oarecare reyistenta la coroziune. Prin fixarea pe flansa ISO9409 se inlesneste selectarea reductorului si instalarea pinionului, se asigura un sistem mai rigid si se permite folosirea mecanismelor NEXEN de pretensionare.

Corpul din otel inoxidabil asigura o rezistenta la coroziune mai ridicata. Unele au si tratament de cromare peste otel inoxidabil pentru o si mai mare rezistenta la coroziune.
